What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
Eau de Parfum contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent profile compared to Eau de Toilette, which typically contains 5-15% oil.
Can I return a custom-made perfume?
Because custom fragrances are uniquely formulated for you, we cannot accept returns. However, we offer a 'Scent Satisfaction' guarantee where we will provide a one-time modification if your blend isn't exactly what you envisioned.
Are your ingredients vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All of our essential oils and aroma compounds are 100% vegan and have never been tested on animals.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to blend and bottle your fragrance. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer sample sizes before I commit to a full bottle?
We highly recommend our 'Starter Discovery Set,' which allows you to order three 5ml samples of different blends before purchasing a full-sized 50ml or 100ml bottle.
